I worked every day with Dave Curran for 14 years. I learned a lot from him and I have very fond memories of him. Some of things that were special about Dave as a colleague are that he was full of ideas and always interested in trying new things that would benefit students and staff. He worked really hard to turn ideas into reality and to a very high standard. Another thing about Dave was that he was very kind. He always tried to understand and support the people he worked with. I know he will be great missed by those closest to him and all who knew him. He had such a huge presence it is hard to accept that he is no longer alive. I feel privileged to have known and worked with him and very saddened by his death.
